Meet Haiiileen – Our Founder and Director of Chroma Art Film Festival and Rainbow Oasiiis

Haiiileen’s artistic journey began as a self-taught makeup artist, transforming faces into canvases and marking her breakthrough in the artistic realm. What sets her apart is her extraordinary condition of synesthesia, where auditory stimuli translate into vivid visual imagery. This unique perspective fuels her exploration of emotional language and self-evolution, pushing the boundaries of conventional art forms.

Her fascination with the interplay of light, color, and sound led her to study physics, enabling a deeper understanding of sensory perception. Integrating her synesthetic visions into three-dimensional mediums and installations, Haiiileen transports viewers to transcendent realms, challenging conventional realities.

In 2022, Haiiileen founded Rainbow Oasiiis, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting artists and fostering inclusivity and diversity. Through initiatives like the Chroma Art Film Festival, Haiiileen has created platforms that push the boundaries of traditional art forms and bridge the gap between art and technology. These initiatives not only showcase innovative works but also engage the community in meaningful dialogue and collaboration.

Haiiileen’s role as a social engineer is evident in her commitment to creating spaces that foster human connection and transformation. Her work with Rainbow Oasiiis and the Chroma Art Film Festival exemplifies her dedication to nurturing the next generation of artists and providing them with the tools and opportunities to succeed.
