Director:  Allison Rich

Bio: Allison is a first time filmmaker from Miami, FL who organized access to clean water for her community with Erin Brockovich and ever since, uses art to cultivate movements for a more livable future.

She served as the Chair of Education & Communications for the Maryland Climate Change Commission and on the Boards of Filbert Street Garden and Johns Hopkins University’s Environmental Justice Partnership.

Allison co-founded the Maryland Environmental Health Network and Baltimore Green Schools Network. She directed the Earth Ethics Institute at Miami Dade College, launched a climate news bureau at The Real News Network, and developed period classes at Allbodies Health. She is a graduate of New World School of the Arts, Goucher College to study communications through media, and is currently working on a graduate certificate at Yale on Climate & Health Communications. She loves documenting Miami’s subtropical ecosystems and people.
