Director: Pierre Zandrowicz, Matt Tierney
Bio: Pierre Zandrowicz : Beginning his career in digital content at Premiere Heure, an advertising agency in Paris, Pierre is a director/filmmaker whose passion for visual storytelling has pushed him to create a wide range of memorable and awarded works. He was one of the first filmmakers in Europe to try and create narrative VR fiction. He made the first VR short fiction to be broadcast in France (via Arte 360), I, PHILIP. Since then, he has worked as a creative producer on internationally renowned VR projects such as ALTERATION, VESTIGE, and BATTLESCAR. Using these new techniques and through clever use of imagery, Pierre has the ability to create authentic and engaging experiences, giving depth to storytelling. An example of this body of work includes CHAUVET: THE DAWN OF ART , nominated for an Emmy Award this year. Another is MIRROR, a sci-fi VR experience he directed that was selected at the Venice film festival 2020.
